Dear Collective Consciousness,
It is with a sense of great urgency that I pen this notice to you all at this time.
We stand at the threshold of a great dawning. Something deep within life is changing. An era is ending, and at the very core of creation, something new is being born. We are awakening from a long collective sleep! An in vitro dreaming deep within the womb of our mother earth.
Now is the time of a great shifting of cosmic wheels which will result in the reformation of our earth and trigger a radical shift in consciousness.
Sadly their are energies on our planet that are desperate to prevent this shift from taking place, one such energy is South Africa’s Cyril Ramaphosa who intends to sign a Treaty in Geneva 22 - 28th May 2022 handing over the sovereignty of ALL South Africans to the World Health Organization UNLESS South Africans and the rest of the world act ahead of this intended initiative, THIS WEEK.
South Africa sits on the International Negotiating Body of the Pandemic Preparedness Treaty represented by South Africa’s Precious Matsoso (former Dept. of Health Director General), as co-chair, who was instructed by the World Health Assembly (WHA) to draft this threatening Treaty. Matsoso represents the Africa region in a six-person bureau.
What this means is that should this treaty come into existence and South Africans have not opposed the current proposed changes to their National Health Act, the proposed amendments may be legislated, creating the pathway for adherence to, and compliance with, a very draconian International Treaty that threatens to enslave them along with the rest of the global population: The WHO as a “Proxy World Government”? Abolition of the Nation State? Say NO to “Global Tyranny”.
Moreover, these proposed changes to the South African National Health Act seem to have been drafted to give effect to the proposed World Health Organization (WHO) Pandemic Treaty, preemptive to its existence. This draws the intent of South Africa’s Department of Health and its executive “Leadership” (with its newest proposed health regulations), into serious question.
Why introduce amended Health regulations in South Africa now? Answer: 22-28 May 2022
22-28 May 2022 could be the most important days in the history of South Africa, Africa and the rest of world as these dates can potentially change the lives of every single South African as their National sovereignty is threatened. These amendments have the potential to rob South Africa of its sovereignty in the name of responding to medical conditions which may, or may not exist or be real, in the name of a “pandemic”.
If the illegitimate slave-government in South Africa gets it right to amend their National Health Act, this will create the pathway needed by the totalitarian slave making New World Order, to do to their bodies and those of their loved ones, exactly what THEY see fit and individuals will have NO SAY in the matter. All individuals will have ZERO rights as to what happens to their children, siblings, parents, et al. Is THIS what South African’s and we the people want for our future and those of our loved ones?
Is the legacy we want to leave behind to those who follow in our footsteps on this planet, one of totalitarianism and one world control through medical tyranny? OR, do we want to leave a legacy we the people on the globe, can proudly say was founded on respect for people’s inalienable rights and freedoms in totality?
Let’s take a quick glance at some of the more pertinent points of the proposed changes to South Africa’s National Health Act that the South African Government have NOT been given the consent by South African’s to implement:
The South African Government is intending to implement changes in the following areas of their National Health Regulations (already implemented in other UN member Countries), relating to:
1. The Surveillance and Control of Notifiable Conditions
2. Public Health Measures at all points of entry into their Country
3. Management of Human Remains
4. Environmental Health

Summary of the impact of South Africa’s intended National Health Act Regulations:
Create a global framework for the World Health Organization, (WHO) to maintain authoritarian and undemocratic control over calling so-called pandemics, responding to them and enforcing treatment.
Unelected Director General of the WHO will have no requirement to listen to opposing voices able to moderate his final decisions.
Gives the unelected Director General of the WHO unilateral power to declare a Public Health Emergency’s of International Concern (PHEIC), (pronounced FAKE), even if there is an objection from any sovereign country dealing with the outbreak of any disease.
Gives the unelected Director General of the WHO the power to unilaterally declare an Intermediate Public Health Alert (IPHA) even if there is an objection from the sovereign country dealing with what is deemed an outbreak of disease.
The proposed amendments will cede additional sovereignty, control and legal authority over to the World Health Organization.
There is a whole long list of evidence destroying any case the South African Government may choose to utilize, to implement its proposed amendments to the National Health Act.
In law, this is an ABUSE OF POWER called a Breach of ULTRA VIRES LAWS meaning 'gone BEYOND THE SCOPE OF POWERS' that The People have given it, therefore it has become painfully clear that the time has come for all South African’s to make use of the below tools at their disposal:
1. Sign this Action4Freedom petition against the WHO Treaty that will be expiring by 21 May 2022, also sign the global Stop the WHO Pandemic Pact or write to your Members of Parliament reminding them of your non-consent.
2. Deregister from their voters roll on-mass (remembering to take their SA ID's with them), as this is the only way to disempower a Body like the illegitimate South African Government Corporation, that has overstepped their authority. The "REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA" and the "South African Government" are both listed as Corporations on the US Securities Exchange thereunto duly authorized, in Pretoria, South Africa, on December 2, 2013 see SEC CIK #0000932419. Side Note: All people globally in all Countries whose Governments are abusing their powers may also do the same.
Here is the official document for South Africans to use to de-register from their voters roll. This form needs to be signed and finger printed in front of an ELC representative located at their local municipalities, who are bound in accordance with the instructions under section 10 on page 817, points 1 and 2 of the Electoral Act 73 of 1998, to accept your forms and submit them for electronic and manual voter deregistration. It is every South African’s Constitutional Right to deregister from the Voters Roll and for each South African who does so, money is taken away from the illegitimate Government who are currently holding all South Africans random to medical tyranny and economic enslavement.
Remember to take a photo of your signed and dated document at your ELC office to keep as proof and make sure you walk away with your ELC Officer’s direct contact details so you can follow up and receive (preferably written) confirmation of your de-registration.

Let’s see who is left with the authority when it is stripped from arrogant and illegitimate Governments that are currently making illegitimate and unauthorized decisions for all people living in all 194 UN member states that are violate people's constitutional and inalienable rights, locally and globally.
The lockdowns implemented by our slave-governments across the globe for their globalist owners including and not limited to the United Nations, The World Economic Forum, GAVI, the Pharmaceutical and Insurance Industries, the World Health Organization and Big Tech, have been calculated to destroy our free-enterprise economic systems. Mr. Global has a new system planned.
With the current alleged pandemic, we are being destroyed, our families are being destroyed, our social fabric is being destroyed, our cultural norms are being destroyed, our economies are being destroyed. So far, we the people have ALL been volunteering and collaborating with this and are therefore complicit to these crimes against us.
Moreover, in 2015, as boasted by the UN, every one of the 194 member governments signed an agreement on 17 “Sustainable Development Goals” (SDGs), 14 of which involve “vaccinating” us with experimental injections. Did we vote for this? Did our government tell us they were going to sign it? Did they ask us for our consent? How did they plan to get our cooperation, (submission)?
Remember, informed consent is fundamental. There can be no informed consent when we the people have no idea we are even going to be “asked” (forced), to be vaccinated. We have no clue as to what is in the shots, or even the number of shots to follow.
This is the wholesale dismissal of our fundamental right to our own mental and physical integrity. We are assumed to be on a leash like dogs and do as we are told, or be beaten with a newspaper (and social and mainstream media) until we do it.
After the WHO announced the “pandemic”, all potential safe and cheap, well known, long standing remedies for "symptoms" alleged to indicate a “Covid-19” “infection”, were quickly banned as illegal and/or violently discredited by the corporate-owned international press and social media. This was necessary to force us to take the shots loaded with graphene oxide.
Moreover, a fake “test” was mandated, the PCR. The PCR, however, has no ability to “diagnose” an illness. As the inventor of it said, “It doesn’t tell you that you’re sick“. On the basis of this outright fraud, German-American class-action lawyer Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, gave Notice to one of the fraudsters, Christian Drosten, who deliberately misrepresented the PCR as diagnostic yet South Africa are still using the PCR to unlawfully test people in South Africa.
The PCR in the Covid-19 context is a scam to generate a tsunami of fake “diagnostic” results announcing “cases” and “infections”. Our mindless, good-for-nothing mass media are cheerleading this nonsense, urging us to get the shots in a fast-food style drive-through?
